POV Home Watch provides seasonal or vacant homeowners with monitoring visits and reports to verify that their home is secure and being maintained. Unlike your neighbors, family or house-sitting friends we are bonded, insured and nationally accredited.
Our professional services offer peace of mind, knowing you have competent people in place to watch over your home. Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled visits are performed using computerized monitoring reports and photos. POV Home Watch complies with the NHWA's statement that defines Home Watch as a "visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
Security systems and cameras are great, but who will be monitoring your home for obvious signs of...
Bug infestations and rodents?
Feel free to Contact Us and schedule a free, no-obligation, in-home consult to review our services.
Be sure to ask about our Home Asset Inventory Service. We produce a photographic record of your property. For insurance purposes, this is a must for all homeowners, ESPECIALLY snowbirds and vacation rental owners!

New construction is a perfect application for Home Watch services!
After the closing of a newly constructed home, POV Home Watch was contracted to check and report to the homeowner every two weeks, until they move into the home later in 2020. Since the client will be out of state, we act as their advocates and will report obvious issues that may be covered by their new home warranty. We will look for signs of settlement, cracking, warping, leaking and other defects that may appear with time.
POV Home Watch was also contracted to take between 400-500 photos of the home and property. This will help preserve evidence that may mitigate the risk of any claim denials and provide useful communication tools between the homeowner and their service providers.
When is comes to home ownership, new or older homes all face the same costly issues such as water damage and infestations. Hiring professional Home Watch and Photo Protection is a wise and proactive move.
